Garlicky Creamy Ramen

Don’t you just love the wonderful variations you can do with a package of ramen noodles? Whenever I wanna spice things up a bit, this is one of my favourite ways to level up my ramen.

Ramen is often considered as “the quickest home cooked lazy meal”, which is why I’m not surprised why so many people keep a pantry full of ramen in their homes (I am one of those people too haha). I get it, you want something comforting when you’re in the need of a quick meal, or you’re craving for a midnight snack. However, did you know your pack of instant ramen can also turn into a fancy dish? Yes, it’ll take a bit more time compared to your regular ramen (to be honest, it’ll only take 10 minutes), but trust me, that extra bit of time is totally worth it because the end result will leave you craving for more.
